Absolutely! Don't be intimidated, we're going to take great care of you. Your first few weeks and assistant instructor will take you aside and teach you the basics until you're ready to join the rest of the class. Don't feel like you'll be lost or overwhelmed, we'll make sure to answer your questions and make sure you're learning at your own pace.
