We have a great night for a grat cause planned for Satruday Nov. 4 starting at 6pm! We're gonna turn the venue into an arcade! Come support coach Gina as she battles cancer and have a great time with your teammates. Open to all people and all ages, we'll have video games, raffles, and other prizes available!

I have trained with Mike Ahn on and off since 2007, Its rare to meet and work with someone as knowledgeable and passionate for the martial arts as him.
