It's been rainy and hot meaning it's now muggy, and that can make you sweat! Make sure you're bringing plenty of water (ideally mixed with some electrolytes, I suggest watermelon and salt) to practice and staying hydrated. Remember that water isn't enough, you need some salts in there to make sure your body is holding on to it. Be careful if you're feeling light headed and take breaks if necessary. It's a marathon, not a sprint!
