The students at Rowan University have graciously asked me to run a seminar on Tuesday, April 18 at the Rowan Rec Center. This will be an all levels MMA seminar. We will go over a few basic striking combinations, combinations that lead to takedowns, and a few principles on ground and pound. I will also leave penty of time for questions and sparring. Please bring both big gloves and MMA gloves as well as shin guards and a mouthpiece if you're going to spar. I'm excited to teach and hope to see you all there!
