Due to the roads being shut down on Barrington Day we have decided to close for that Saturday, April 29. But don't worry, there are pleny of gyms we are friendly with where you can still get some training in! If you're interested in working out that day please let me know and I will have a list of gyms you can visit at no or minimal cost. No excuses!
