Ernest, Bob, and Chris recently competed at the NJ Open on March 20 and we couldn't be happier with their progress! WE believe that compeittion really forces growth of character, and these gentlemen had it in spades. All of our competitors showed great heart and technique, especially for ones who haven't bee training a long time. We missed out on the gold but gained valuable experience. Next up is Grappling Industries on April 1!

I have trained with Mike Ahn on and off since 2007, Its rare to meet and work with someone as knowledgeable and passionate for the martial arts as him. The man brings a world of experience and dedication for his students, anyone considering joining the martial arts world would benefit greatly by starting here.
