Jose Perez

Jose Perez is a 30-year-old performance coach with over 10 years of experience in nutritional coaching, sports performance, injury prevention, hypertrophy, strength and conditioning, and speed and agility training. Having played and trained at a professional level overseas, Jose brings elite-level knowledge and real-world experience to every session. As the instructor for our FightFit classes, he combines high-performance training methods with practical coaching to help members build strength, improve conditioning, and train like athletes.
